myHuddler (or "we") and the person(s) who operate myHuddler, which is a social networking and information and idea aggregator that allows members to share ideas and to meet people. The services offered by myHuddler include any myHuddler braned URL (the website), message services, data organization, file hosting, and any other features provided by the website.

These terms may be modified. These terms are a legally binding agreement that applies to your use of myHuddler services. By accessing or using myHuddler, you agree to be bound to this agreement, whether you are a visitor (which means simply browsing any services provided by this website)or you are a Member (which means you have a registered account and use the services provided by myHuddler). You are only authorized to use the services provided by myHuddler if you abide by all rules and regulations.

myHuddler reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time and from time to time. Each modification shall be effective upon using the myHuddler services. All modifications apply prospectively only. Your continued use of myHuddler constitutes your agreement to be bound by this ever changing agreement. You also agree to follow the changes made to this legally binding agreement.

Eligibility Use of myHuddler services and registration to be a member is void where prohibited. By using the myHuddler services, you warrant and represent that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful, you will maintain accuracy of said information, you are 13 years or old, and your use of myHuddler does not violate any applicable laws.

Term This agreement and all modifications shall remain in full force and effect as long as you use the myHuddler services and have a registered account. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, with or without notice or explanation. myHuddler reserves the right to reject, refuse, or refuse to post or remove any posting or information from this service by you. myHuddler and administrators and moderators also reserve the right to restrict your access to certain parts of the myHuddler service for any or no reason at all. myHuddler reserves the right to cancel, modify, or delete your contributions to this service.

Fees You agree that myHuddler reserves the right to charge for any portion of the services offered at myHuddler's discression. If your account is terminated or you are denied access to portions or all of the myHuddler service, you are not entitled to a refund or any unused portion of fees or payments.

Passwords You are entirely responsible for the management of your password. You will not hold myHuddler responsible for confidentiality of your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

Property Rights of Content in myHuddler myHuddler does not clain any ownership rights in the text,files, imagess, photos, links, sounds, or any content that you transmit, submit, display, or publish ("post" or "contribute") on, through or in connection with the myHuddler services. After posting content on or through, or in connection with the myHuddler services, you retain ownership rights. However, you grant myHuddler a license to modify, delete from, add to, publicly display, market, sell, reproduce, and distribute such content. This license is non exclusive, meaning you can continue to use your content elsewhere. You also represent and warrant that you own the content you are posting through the myHuddler services, or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in the myHuddler terms of services (this document). You may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, sell, or otherwise use any content appearing on or through myHuddler services. You also agree to allow the myHuddler team to send you notifications, special offers, promotions, commercial advertisements, marketing materials, and any other content myHuddler deems fit for consumption.

Content Posted You are not allowed to post any prohibited content into any services provided by myHuddler. Prohibited content includes:

1. Patently offensive content or content which promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any kind of group or individual
2. Content that harasses or advocates harassment of another person
3. Content that exploits people in a sexual or violent manner
4. Content that solicits personal information to anyone under the age of 18
5. Content that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person
6. Content that is deliberately misleading or false unless specifically declared
7. Content that promotes an illegal activity or unauthorized copies of another person's copyrighted work
8. Content that is considered spam, junk main, chain letters, or bulk posting
9. Content that promotes criminal activity or enterprise
10. Content that is designed to solicit passwords or personaly identifying information
11. Content that is criminal or tortous
12. Content that advertises a service or product
13. Content that would be considered malware or virus, bot, or worm. Any computer code that would interupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware

Usage You will not modify, copy, or distribute content from the myHuddler services that are not yours, unless provided with the rights to do so from the original content creator. You will not track the activities of other users other than the provided functionality of the features built into the myHuddler service. You will not use any form of automation to use the myHuddler services. You will not interfere with or create an undue burdon on the myHuddler services. You will not impersonate a myHuddler employee, administrator, moderator, or staff. You will not post commercial material on the myHuddler services.

Protecting Intellectual Property myHuddler respects the rights of Intellectual Property Owners. If you believe your property rights have been violated, please contact the myHuddler staff.

Member Disputes You are solely responsible for dealing with disputes between other users of the myHuddler services.

Limitation on Liability In no event shall myHuddler be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exeplary, indicental, special, or punitive damages for any reason, even if myHuddler has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
